a hotel of the Foremost Group with 176 rooms and a restaurant on the first floor is being built according to the plans of Eike Becker_Architekten.
It will replace the office building from the 1970s, which has since been dismantled, and will complete the neighborhood around the Spichernstrasse subway station.
