On 16 September, together with our client Kannewischer Holding AG, Mayor Dirk Tolkemitt, and everyone involved in the construction, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for VitaSol – our new thermal spa and wellness hotel directly adjoining the VitaSol Therme in Bad Salzuflen.

Spanning approximately 11,460 m² of gross floor area, the project comprises 100 hotel rooms in two offset, modular timber wings beneath a distinctive folded roof with a healing garden – an architecture that blends organically into the spa park and will connect guests directly to the thermal baths.

From winning the competition to the completed shell, it has been a long road – all the more reason to celebrate this milestone together with all the trades involved. Our thanks go to the entire team on site.
