On 22 July 2026, we visited our Maxx Heim project in Mannheim to see its latest construction progress. Located on the Technology Campus, the building is now nearing completion, with the interior fit-out well underway.

With its sweeping form and distinctive metal-and-glass façade, the new headquarters creates a strong architectural presence on the site. Designed as a contemporary corporate headquarters, the project combines functional workspaces with a clear expression of corporate architecture.

We look forward to the final stages of construction and to seeing the building completed in its finished form.
