The building application has been submitted for our new project at Charlottenstraße 23. The property is located just a few steps away from Gendarmenmarkt and directly adjacent to the listed Tutor House on the corner of Leipziger Straße. The ground floor of the Tutor House is home to the Thomas Schulte Gallery, whose shop windows have been bringing contemporary art to the urban space for many years.

The plan is to build a compact townhouse with 13 units and commercial space on the ground floor. The finely crafted façade gives the building an elegant liveliness and blends naturally into its historic surroundings.

This project is another contribution to the careful redevelopment of a special Berlin location.
