On Tuesday, the foundation stone for our office project THE-B was laid at Revaler Straße 32 in Berlin-Friedrichshain. A 6-story office building is being constructed on the 5,101 m² site. By reflecting the spirit of optimism of the surrounding area in its individual design, The-B, with its approx. 21,800m² gross floor area, fits ideally into the urban neighborhood. Urbanistically embedded in the streetscape, the façade makes a powerful statement, but at the same time appears very differentiated due to the shadow effect of the façade elements of different depths.

The project is designed as a spatially flexible office building. Up to nine office units of between approx. 200-400m² are available per floor, which can either be used individually, combined as required or combined to form a cross-floor area of approx. 3,300m². Thus, The-B is quasi perfectly tailored to the usage needs of eCommerce companies, start-ups and the creative industry.

Completion is scheduled for around 2024.
