The Timber Pioneer on Europa-Allee continues to fill up: PORR moved in at the end of August, bringing together its building construction, civil engineering, and specialized underground construction divisions, as well as H+E Haustechnik und Elektro GmbH, under one roof.
The Timber Pioneer is Frankfurt’s first office building constructed using a hybrid wood construction method: Approximately 1,800 m³ of FSC-certified spruce wood forms the columns and beams across eight stories, offering about 14,000 m² of office space.
Universal Investment has been operating here since early 2025 with approximately 800 employees, while Netto and FITSEVENELEVEN round out the offerings on the ground floor. Located right next to the F.A.Z. Tower, the Timber Pioneer demonstrates how a site originally planned as a hotel was transformed into one of the most striking office buildings in the Europaviertel.
