In its 2026 REB 500 ranking, the European Real Estate Brand Institute analyzed over 500 real estate brands across 45 markets and 23 sub-sectors. The result: 86 percent of the brands surveyed lost strength this year—only one in seven managed to grow.

In this context, Eike Becker_Architekten ranks fifth among Germany’s strongest architecture brands, with a brand value of 64.94.

Particularly noteworthy is the institute’s finding regarding the strongest differentiator of the year: not visibility, not ESG communication—but corporate reliability.
