EXPO REAL is the international trade fair for real estate and investment in Munich. From October 7 to 9, 2024, more than 2,000 exhibitors will be on site and industry representatives will exchange views on current topics in discussions and lectures - especially on trade fair key topics in the area of “Life Cycle of Real Estate”. For the first time, future and transformation topics will be represented with their own area. It has been recognized that digitalization, sustainability and transformation are currently the most pressing issues in the real estate business - a topic that is also close to Eike Becker's heart. He will therefore also be present at EXPO REAL and is looking forward to a lively professional exchange. With pioneering concepts such as Timber Pioneer, ROCKYWOOD, TLW, Heimatufer and Kennedy 89, he has already shown how modern urban architecture can be integrated into existing structures and that sustainability begins with construction. Despite the crisis, Eike Becker consciously advocates “the courage to build anew”.
