In mid-August 2024, the ninth edition of polisKEYNOTES took place in Bremen under the title “Alles KI? - On the future of artificial intelligence in the real estate industry”, the ninth edition of polisKEYNOTES took place in Bremen. Organized by Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen (WFB) and polis, the conference provided a platform for leading experts to discuss the role of AI in the real estate industry.

Germany's players are often said to be too hesitant when it comes to artificial intelligence. However, the keynote speeches by Prof. Dr. Marion Peyinghaus, Olga Rimskaia-Korsakova and Eike Becker showed that AI is no longer a dream of the future in Germany. Despite the challenges of widespread implementation, artificial intelligence is already being used in practice.

The event offered unexpected insights and showed the potential that AI holds for the future of the real estate industry.
