At this year's polis Award 2024, our RockyWood office building was awarded 2nd prize in the “Ecological Reality” category, ahead of the Roots timber high-rise in Hamburg and behind the Grünling-Weleda Cradle Campus in Schwäbisch-Gmünd.

Our project was realized in cooperation with Primus developments.

The award ceremony took place as part of the polis Convention on 24.04.2024 in Düsseldorf, the nationwide trade fair for urban and regional development.

The award is one of the most prestigious prizes in Germany and recognizes projects that meet the complex requirements of the city of the future and make a sustainable contribution to positive, innovative design.

RockyWood, located on Offenbach's harbor, sets new standards with its unique combination of modular timber construction and social and ecological responsibility.
