Experts from the fields of planning, politics, construction, real estate, and housing discussed current challenges facing the construction industry at the 17th Ettersburg Talks on September 18 and 19, 2025, under the title “Working Together.” Conclusion: Traditional models of planning and construction are reaching their limits when it comes to creating affordable housing, modernizing our transport networks, building energy infrastructures, or establishing a circular economy. Integrated cooperation models, on the other hand, are gaining in importance: Early cooperation, reliability, and predictability are necessary prerequisites for investment and crucial for project success.
