Eike Becker at the IMMOEBS Real Estate Forum 2026 in Frankfurt

On June 23 and 24, 2026, Eike Becker participated in the IMMOEBS Real Estate Forum in Frankfurt.

The event opened with a pre-conference reception at Kennedy 89. During a keynote presentation and the guided tour that followed, Eike Becker shared insights into the building’s planning and development process. The discussion focused on how a multitude of precise design decisions come together to create an atmosphere that feels effortless through the seamless integration of architecture, building systems, fire protection, acoustics, operations, and flexible use.

This was particularly evident in the building’s event and gathering spaces. They demonstrate how spaces can be designed to be open, elegant, and highly functional when technical requirements are seamlessly integrated into the architecture rather than visually dominating it.

The following day, Eike Becker joined Prof. Dr. Nikolas Müller for a discussion at the IMMOEBS Real Estate Forum. The conversation explored the role of architecture in real estate development, asking what significance thoughtful programming, social context, and spaces designed for long-term resilience have in a time shaped by uncertainty and change.

We thank IMMOEBS e. V. for the invitation, the excellent organization, and the engaging professional exchange.
