Installation of photovoltaic panels on the south facade has begun at our M50 construction project in the Macherei district on Hallesches Ufer in Berlin. The interplay between the different facade elements is already clearly visible. The building-integrated system is part of the building facade and was approved with the building application on September 15, 2023. The energy concept was developed by PHA GmH, the fire protection by hhpberlin Ingenieure für Brandschutz GmbH, and coordinated with the district. The facade planning was carried out by Werner Sobek Ingenieure GmbH & Co. The work is currently being carried out by the company App. Once completed, the system will generate 75,923 kW per year.
