With a lot of new developments around the square "Opernplatz" and the street "Goethestraße" the inner city of Frankfurt is experiencing a change right now. Placing the two buildings of "ma|ro" in its middle the whole area gets even more extended and enhanced.

The two 7-storey corner buildings on both sides of the street "Neue Rothofstraße" create a new address for premium offices and high-scale retale areas. The retail spaces have big display windows that stretch over two floors and a room height of about five meters. They offer room for up to 12 stores on a floor area of 3.800 m².

In November 2016 the buildings of "ma|ro" were completed and the first tenants moved into the offices.
