As in previous years Eike Becker_Architekten participated in the MIPIM, the worlds leading property market, in Cannes/France, that took place in the Palais des Festivals.

From 14.-17. March 2017 we presented our current projects as partner of the "German Pavillon.

During a panel discussion "Baukultur Dialog" with the titel "More Development through Baukultur" Eike Becker debated with Prof. Dr. Elisabeth Merk (Referat für Stadtplanung und Bauordnung München), Jan Kehrberg (GSK Stockmann), Jan Kleihues (Kleihues+Kleihues), Mustafa Kösebay (Drees & Sommer) and Rainer Nagel (Bundesstiftung Baukultur).

That was complemented by a discussion about "Work Spaces and Communication" from Eike Becker and his respected colleague Erasmus Eller.

On another day Eike Becker moderated a talk with the headline "Bring the village back to the city!" with the landscape architect Rainer Schmidt, the architect Murat Tabanliouglu from Istanbul and Rainer Nagel from the Federal Foundation for Building Culture (Bundesstiftung Baukultur).
