The Rocky Wood project, located at the port of Offenbach, celebrates the stacking ceremony eleven months after the start of construction. The original topping-out ceremony became the new stacking ceremony, as within the short construction period the wooden containers were stacked on top of each other to create flexible office space. On site, three of the wooden modules were delivered at the same time and integrated into the framework of the Wood building.

A total of 2,600 m³ of wood will be processed in the Rocky Wood, which consists of two structures and will bind 2,384 t of CO2. "Rocky" is a modern office building located directly on the waterfront.
The "Wood" is made almost entirely of its namesake material and offers a very special, warm working atmosphere. The four floors are connected via arcades and thus invite interdisciplinary exchange.
