Eike Becker_Architekten won the 1. prize for their draft for the property between the streets Max-Bill-Straße and August-Macke-Straße at the northern border of the development are "Rheinufer Süd" in Ludwigshafen. Together with "Deutsche Wohnwerte" based in Heidelberg they received an order to plan the project. Eike Becker_Architekten started with the design planning for 90 apartments.

The property is divided into two buildings with 6 and 15 floors: Ludwich and Duplo. The superferent facades offer a diversified appearance.
