Timber Pioneer Successfully Completed

The Timber Pioneer construction project we planned in Frankfurt’s Europaquartier has now been fully completed and occupied. This project marked the creation of the first wood-hybrid building in Frankfurt to be approved under the High-Rise Building Ordinance—a true pioneering project that represented uncharted territory for everyone involved.

Thanks to the constructive cooperation with the relevant authorities and the transparent, solution-oriented coordination throughout the entire planning process, this ambitious project was successfully realized.
