An award-winning design by Eike Becker_Architekten: The project company CENTRUM Hainspitze GmbH (CENTRUM GmbH and First GmbH) is planning the erection of a high-quality office building in the inner city area of Leipzig. The chosen premises is a key element for the development of the north-western access to inner Leipzig. In the architects' competition for the design of the outer facades Eike Becker_Architekten ranked immediately below the winners' design.
