On September 9, 2026, Eike Becker was a guest at the RE: Thought Leader Summit hosted by the Future Real Estate Initiative (FREI) in Frankfurt am Main. There, around 200 decision-makers from the real estate, tech, and capital sectors worked together to develop visions for the future of the construction and real estate industries in the age of digitalization and AI.

In his closing keynote, Eike Becker took the audience on a journey to AlUla, Saudi Arabia: to the “Maraya” concert hall by Gio Forma and the “Sharaan” desert resort by Jean Nouvel—two structures made of rock, light, and time that demonstrate the boldness architecture can achieve when it radically engages with the landscape and the future.

The evening concluded with the presentation of the PropTech Germany Award—an atmospheric finale to a day full of new perspectives and encounters.

Thank you to blackprint and the entire FREI team for this inspiring day.
