The ROCKYWOOD micro-neighborhood in Offenbach focuses on people and combines sustainability with social aspects. The Wood building, which was built using a modular timber construction method, bound around 2,500 tons of CO2. Rocky takes into account the various needs of people through architectural tricks, such as connecting two floors via ramps. In the middle of the building ensemble, we have created a publicly accessible meeting area that stands for creative neighborhood development. With the Nordend Offenbach Boxing Club, a social project has also found a home here and is allowed to use the premises and areas rent-free. The aim was to combine sustainable architecture and social commitment in office buildings with the best working atmosphere.
