Timber Pioneer is the first timber-hybrid high-rise in Frankfurt. Built largely from wood, it ensures an excellent carbon footprint and saves 80% CO2 compared to a conventional concrete building. The concept takes into account all aspects of modern working life: a healthy working environment, flexible spaces and room for meetings and exchanges. Timber Pioneer is one of three major construction projects in the Rhine-Main region that will be completed in 2024 and offer users a higher quality of stay. In doing so, we are paving the way for a sustainable tomorrow in a rapidly changing world in which we want to live and work well and with pleasure.
