Our Timber Pioneer project in Frankfurt am Main is featured in the 3/2026 issue of industrieBAU.
Under the title “The Future Builds Hybrid,” the article focuses on Frankfurt’s first timber-hybrid building approved under the city’s high-rise regulations. Timber Pioneer demonstrates how sustainable material selection, flexible office spaces, exposed timber construction, and smart building technology can be combined to create future-oriented office architecture.
With around 14,000 m² of office space, 1,800 m³ of spruce timber used in construction, a timber-hybrid structural frame completed in just 15 weeks, and a DGNB Gold certification, the building represents a resource-efficient yet highly atmospheric approach to commercial construction.
