Over 500 guests from industry, politics and the press attended the German Real Estate Award2024 gala at the Westhafen Convention Centre. The award honours outstanding achievements in the property sector. Presenter Laura Wontorra hosted the event with charm and humour. The jury selected nine award winners from a field of 800 entries. In the Green Projects category, the ROOKYWOOD building designed by Eike Becker_Architekten and realised by Primus Developments GmbH won.
