Our MaxxHeim project in Mannheim’s EastSide district is making great progress and coming together quickly.

The latest photo from Dressler Bau offers a glimpse of the building’s distinctive façade and the architectural character that will define the project. With each construction milestone, the vision is becoming more tangible: a modern, high-quality destination in one of Mannheim’s most dynamic and fast-growing neighborhoods.

We are on track for handover to our future tenant, ICS Group, in August 2026.

It’s exciting to see the project take shape, and we’d like to thank everyone involved for their commitment, expertise, and strong collaboration throughout the process.
