In an extensive tendering and qualification procedure Eike Becker_Architekten, Dahm Architekten and the CONVIS as project controllers have been commissioned with the project development of a total of 2200 apartments by the GEWOBAG. As project developer and general planner we are responsible für the total of general planning and development work.

The first phase of construction refers to 360 apartments directly at the river Oberhavel between the streets Daum-, Schwielowsee- and Pohleseestraße. The start of construction work is planned for fall 2017. This is the first project where we are dealing with socially acceptable land use on a very intensive and large scale. 50 % of the apartments are supposed to be eligible after "WFB 2015".
