LUXWERK is being created in collaboration with the renowned architectural firms David Chipperfield Architects (master plan and monument) and Eike Becker_Architekten (spectrum). This unique project builds a bridge between the past and the future by harmoniously combining monument protection and modern new buildings. Inspired by historical innovation, an unmistakable place is being created here.
The 12- to 13-storey building offers 1,900 m² of space on the first floor and 1,200 m² on each of the standard floors. With a height of 59 meters, the high-rise building serves as a landmark and connects the listed buildings with their surroundings.
In total, the project has a gross floor area of 15,750 m² and is located directly next to the subway station. The building is also based on a low-tech energy concept that focuses on sustainability and efficiency.
The flanking pavilions on both sides of the high-rise contribute to the address and create an inviting transparency. The spaces can be individually designed and offer a breathtaking view of Siemensstadt and the adjacent nature reserve from the upper floors. In addition, direct access to the Paulsternstrasse subway station makes it easy to reach.
