'yoo berlin' is a luxury residential project within the project "Am Zirkus" with interior design by 'yoo – inspired by Starck' that was developed by Peach Property Group in Germany. It won the first prize of the European Property Awards in London in the category 'Best apartment in Europe'. This is the first time that the award was given to a residential project in Germany. A penthouse apartment with six rooms on the tenth floor with a spectacular view of Berlin has convinced the jury of the European Property Awards.
